We want to hear about your service to our country and the sacrifices that you and your family have given to fulfill your military obligations.

What: Nominate your Military Hero for a chance to send them on a once in a lifetime trip to St. Louis, MO to attend the 2020 Honda NHLR All-Star Game!

Where: St. Louis, MO

When: January 24- 26, 2020

Who: Four (4) winners: one (1) Service Member (or his/her immediate family member) plus one (1) minor child (age 5-17) of the winning Service Member or for which the winning Service Member is the legal guardian for each of the four (4) geographical regions in US and Canada set out in the Official Rules.

How: Complete and submit the online form to nominate a Military Service Member (or his/her immediate family member) who deserves this once in a lifetime experience with their child. https://unitedheroesleague.org/all-star-hero/

The United Heroes League (UHL) will provide each winner a prize package
consisting of:

  • Two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy class) for the Service
    Member (or his/her immediate family member) and their child.

  • Two (2) tickets to the 2020 NHL All-Star Game
  • Hotel accommodations for two (2) in the St. Louis, MO area

Opportunity for Child Dependents with the Timberwolves & UHL

The Minnesota Timberwolves and United Heroes League (UHL) would like to extend the following offer to Minnesota Military Families from all service components. Please see the PDF below for additional information.

Who: Male and female military kids ages 6-18 years old with parents holding the rank of E5 or below. This is open to all services with parents of currently serving service members or veterans.

What: Basketball clinic and SURPRISE holiday shopping spree with the Timberwolves players.

When: Friday, December 8th 2017 from 3:00 – 5:00 pm; 3:30-4:00 pm basketball clinic with follow-on movement to a shopping spree from 4:00 – 5:00 pm

Where: Target Center and Target Center Retail Store; 600 1st Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55403

Coordinating Instructions:
1) One parent or guardian must attend with their child. Parents will be required to complete a media and inquiry waiver for both the UHL and the Timberwolves upon arrival.

Minnesota Vikings Camp Day for Military-Connected Kids

WHO: Military-Connected Kids Grades 3rd-8th
WHAT: 24 slots left for the camp!! United Heroes League has an opportunity to invite 50 kids (grades 3rd-8th) to come out and be put through various football, soccer and agility drills. EJ Henderson will divide the kids up by age/size and we will rotate them through.

WHEN: Wednesday, August 10th from 2:30-4 p.m.
WHERE: Winter Park field house
WHY: 8 stations 4 football and 4 soccer
HOW: Submit to POC (via email) for confirmation: kids names, age, and shirt size (Youth Medium – Adult XL), as well as service member parents name/email. Parents will receive more information closer to camp if they need to bring anything (like a water bottle) and if they will be required to fill out a waiver (likely).
